This Hooligan attempts to let Lola Quagmire and Betsy Hood fall from the cranes by destroying the magnetic card keys to prevent anyone from saving two pregnant women. Angry-Signs fights him with the goal of obtaining the magnetic card keys to save Lola and Betsy from a terrible doom. The Elite UFO Belly Hooligan then gets defeated, unfortunately, there is only one magnetic card key, but Angry-Signs must save either Lola or Betsy, but Lola and Betsy will get eaten by themselves.
