The Princess of Xiaohe was a Bronze Age tribal girl who lived in the Taklamakan Desert in Xinjiang 3800 years ago. She possessed European and Siberian ancestry, had white skin and red hair, as well as long eyelashes, but her mother was Asian. Though called a "princess", her actual identity and status remain a mystery.
