Josuke Higashikata is a high school student with a fear of pain, known as algophobia. He has a unique ability called Crazy Diamond, which allows him to heal injuries. Josuke is often seen in a dark blue or purple uniform with a green or yellow undershirt. His hair, a pompadour, tends to become spiky when he's irritated or angry. He wears metallic/golden emblems and gets violent when his hair is insulted or damaged. Despite his tough exterior, Josuke is terrified of turtles.
