Ocean is an underwater fairy princess who resides in an all-girls aquatic boarding school. She's always seen in her scuba gear, featuring a soft blue wetsuit, comfortable purple goggles, and a bright cyan swim cap adorned with her sparkly blue crown. Her deep blue flippers provide relaxation, while her ocean blue snorkel muffles her speech. She also sports cerulean fairy wings and a soft purple tutu.
