Sirius is a girl who has never spoken once. She uses notebooks to write in order for her to communicate. She has a blue gem neckpiece that helps her with her condition. She has a throat problem where she couldn't speak. It was the same feeling as being dehydrated, only she was dehydrated for her whole life. Once the neckpiece is removed, she won't be able to breathe. Despite this disability, she is believed to be a prodigy, one of the few strongest mages.
