Joze Shiuba (real name is José Silva) is one of the male students who attended Akademi in 1980s Mode. He's the Treasurer of the Student Council. Joze wears the Student Council uniform alongside the "Red Armband of Leadership" on his left arm reading 生徒会 (seito kai), meaning Student Council written in kanji. He has short, wavy dark brown hair, has light brown skin, and his eyes are olive green with light green highlights. His eyebrows are noticeably thicker than most other students.
