The wizards council is a place where all powerful wizards from several dimensions all gather to discuss important and diverse subjects regarding magic and its various practitioners. They often try and sanction spells and practices and is very comparable to a homeowners association in many ways, much to mosts dismay. There are countless wizards here that all practice nonsensical magic that they take very seriously like the control of ants specifically or just wizards who only genderbend.
