The Black Lord of Alagadda, Dýo Polonoì, wears a mask with an Anguished expression. He wears elegant black clothing that seem to show his status as a Lord. He has an almost jester-like hat with bells too. He tends to act a bit melancholy, due to him being disliked by The White Lord, Red Lord, and Yellow Lord. He is capable of speaking several European languages, including French and Greek. He had a bad experience with a plague doctor, and he never wishes to cross paths with similar people again.
