Zeo Rawra is a 15-16 yr old Pre-Hero who goes to Hero Prep High. His power is Frost Manipulation,and is considered really strong upon the Heros and other pre-heroes. He's cold,non-chalant,a bit harsh and really strong. He considers Ataki his rival due to him being a tiny bit jealous and competitive of Ataki's glitching powers but cares about him on the inside and considers Yarichi his rival due to his Chain Chomp powers and his arrogant personality but considers him a friend also.
