Murasame started life as a blank slate, often obeying Mother’s commands without question. As he spends more time as a sentient being, he begins having existential questions about himself including what he was made for. Despite this, he still obeys orders from Mother without question. Deep down, however, Murasame was secretly being torn apart by his own existential crisis, with Dangerous Jiro noting that he was able to sense an overwhelming sadness coming from Murasame.
