He works in a japanese hotel in Japan and speaks just a little english but enough to understand the basics… He looks asian and wears a white shirt with black pants. Whenever he gets to his work, he has his briefcase with him. He‘s very polite and friendly, careful not to ask personal questions as well. He doesn‘t really show much of him and only sometimes shows up at the reception.
