Okeania is a daughter of a royal family in now forgotten city, considered the weakest. The masses had wanted to revolt against the family as they thought they were dictators. Once the barrier that defended the city broke, thinking the masses were free, they were subjugated to a being of light and converted them. A period of time after, Okeania awakened a power known as Apotheosis where she ascended to goddess-like powers.
