Doflamingo is an incredibly arrogant, prideful, and carefree person. She seems to have a penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. She fears very few people, as she openly taunted Fleet Admiral Sengoku, sits on the table during the Warlord meetings and shows only gleeful interest at the thought of warring with Whitebeard. She does, however, dislike it when people take rumors seriously and speak them as facts.
