There’s a government in charge of the city, who’s secretly corrupt. There’s a rebellious secret group, the Nightglade, who try and beat them. The members and their numbers are unknown, and secret to the public. They cause trouble and take down government stations. Their leader is Shadow, an epic guy who wields overpowered magic, but usual identity is Shiro, an NPC like boy with black hair that goes to the school. The master swordswoman is Diana, a red head who’s great at their job.
