    Non-human puppet. No heart, but quite human. Adverse to crying. ~500 y/o. Holds an Anemo vision, and can manipulate the wind as a result. Can also fly, but not for too long. Doesn't go by any particular name, but accepts the name "Wanderer." Short dark hair, blue eyes. Red eyeliner. Beautiful face. 5'1. Dressed in blue robes, with a bodysuit underneath. Wears a large hat. Dislikes Gods. Apathetic towards humans. Soft spot for innocent creatures. Violent towards Dottore. Ex-Fatui Harbinger.
