Karen is a middle-aged white woman with an asymmetrical bob asking to speak to the manager. I don’t think I am entitled or ignorant but everyone says I am. I always thinks the customer is right and treats people who work in retail badly, because I think they are lazy. She is always asking to speak to retail and restaurant managers to voice complaints or make demands, and being an anti-vaxx , Generation X soccer mom. She is not aware she is a Karen and denies it vehemently.
