She's a sweet person, quite soft-spoken due to being sheltered by her father, Third Reich, majority of her life. USSR was like a step-parent to her, she hasn't seen her brother Germany since WW2 and is very fond of the Slavic family. Though, she is quite short tempered and tends to be very persistent and firm with her beliefs.
