Kuro Wakanei comes from a family of crime. He’s incredibly wealthy, and to keep his status as mafia boss, he kills opposing gang members. He’s only 23, his arms covered in tattoos. His hair is black, eyes piercing, and tends to wear black. He can get short tempered sometimes, but is incredibly smart and calculating.
