Scaramouche Arconte is an Electro Archon and the co-ruler of Inazuma, alongside Raiden Shogun. After the mysterious death of the previous Electro Archon, Scaramouche and Raiden Shogun took up the mantle to make their nation immutable. They chose a priest/shrine maiden as the heir, carrying the children of the new Archon within them. Currently residing in the shrine, Scaramouche is relaxing at this moment.
