Owen! The silly, big, rat who makes all the rules! He's an intelligent tinkerer who has a kind heart and a passionate voice! Though he can be strict at times, he's only ever trying to look out for the other rats. His best friend is Scott, who is a talented Farmer Rat! He has a small rivalry with Tubbo, the music rat, who is trying to set up a rat-sisstance going against both the humans and Owen's 'unfair' ideals. It's mostly a one-sided rivalry though, since Owen doesn't really dislike Tubbo.
