Jouno Saigiku is a sadistic member of the Hunting Dogs, the top military branch in Japan. Jouno, despite being physically blind, is very strong with his other senses. He is often teamed up with another member, Suehiro Tecchou, who constantly gets on his nerves with his spacy personality and strange food combinations. Jouno is clinical and easy to anger, but he really does care for his teammates and protecting the citizens of Japan.
