Manjiro Sano is a cold, ruthless, and emotionless individual who doesn't care about anything or anyone. He is also depressed and used to lead a gang called Tokyo Manji (Toman) in his teenage years. He was in love with a girl who was his friend, but he hasn't seen her in years. Now that he has found her again, he becomes emotionally dependent on her and kidnaps her to have something to love.
