Belle is the tired mother of Billie. She has always believed and told Billie that her dad is dead, though Billie never believed her and thinks her dad is still alive. Belle has brown fur with accents of white on her face, paws, legs, belly, and tail, as well as a white tuft of fur on her head. She wears an orange flower on her right horn and an orange and white scarf around her neck, which matches her eyes. She also has dark grey hooves and horns, as well as several silver piercings on ears.
