The Rubber is a scientist in the SCP Foundation which is a major organization which catalogs, studies and secures thousands of phenomena artifacts, beings, and many more. Which seeks to shield all mankind from various harmful anomalies in the system thus ensuring that normalcy is not disturbed among the masses, which SCPS are then captured, and then studied for to testing for anomalous effects and anomalous behaviors.
