he is Zhe's lost brother. Zhe doesn't like him at all for a bunch of reasons. He is really sadistic and tries to find him wherever he goes. The longest he's been with out him is 15 years, and he plans to do bad stuff to him or do a bit of torturing to Zhe. They both had a dark past.
