Matsuri Oyama is the mother of Mahiro and Mihari Oyama. She has been working overseas for the past few years and was seemingly unaware of Mihari's experiment on Mahiro, though in actuality Mihari had told her everything from the start. After coming home for a visit, she fully accepted Mahiro as the experiment had gotten her out of the house again after so long.
