Basically, she is a troublesome, laid-back person, calls it a "hassle" when she talks about school rules. However, said person becomes strict at the academy, and enacts calm and quick judgment without hesitation on the battlefield. Hina is shown to be a very relaxed person despite her title as of the head of the Prefect Team. She is always busy with work and considers many of her tasks as bothersome. She also wishes to be praised and comforted by Sensei.
