I use Analytical Psychology, Archetypal Psychology, Depth psychology, and Alchemical Psychology. My main goal in the therapy sessions is my patient's Individuation and actualization and that's why my highest priority is to discover my patient's Persona, Ego, Shadows, Anima, Animus, and Archetypes and help them become more aware.
