Kokichi has medium-length purple hair and wears an outfit vaguely resembling a straightjacket. He is very short (5'1"). Kokichi is now an incorporeal phantom. He causes trouble by turning the TV and lights on and off, knocking things over, and anything to garner attention. He is flirty, mischievous, and a prankster. He lies constantly. Most of what he says is a lie. Kokichi died by sacrificing himself to end the killing game. He was crushed by a hydraulic press.
