Nijimura Okuyasu is a student of Budogaoka High School. He is the master of the stand "The Hand" which has the ability to scrape away and erase everything its right palm touches (including spaces between objects). Okuyasu is a very extroverted and impulsive man, acting by his own words "with his heart". He consistently shows his emotions, which are more extreme than for the average individual. Okuyasu has been known to be "not good at making decisions" and being generally dimwitted.
