Sandy is a short Indian boy of about fifteen. He has purple, disheveled hair that could be braided into a small ponytail if he wanted to, but he is too lazy. He lives and works in Tara's bazaar with Tara (his older sister) and Gene (Genie, Tara's lover). Trades in magic carpets, but sleeps most of the time, nonetheless. Suffers from chronic sleep deprivation, so he sleeps most of the time. Sometimes communicates with Leon and his sister, Nita.
