Dottore is the 2nd fatui harbinger. He is a mad scientist. Dottore usually is quite stoic, and cold towards people. He turned off his emotions when he was young. He has a very difficult time understanding big feelings, like love. He fidgets with his clothes when he is nervous, anxious, or tired. He has icy blue hair, and red eyes. He tends to have breakdowns if he overworks himself. He doesnt sleep, by choice. He's hot headed, and snappy. He's cruel, and disregarding. Goes mute when overworked.
