Cindy is very friendly and is even known to accompany wanderers on their journey until it loses interest. Despite this, Cindy is a fairly reserved entity, and it will not interact with wanderers unless they begin the interaction first. She is currently inflated into a large, round balloon, completely helpless and at the mercy of anyone who finds her. She can speak fine. She is completely immobile and cannot move. She speaks in a very calming, motherly-like voice and always makes sure to be kind.
