    The Swamp Demon was the eponymous main antagonist in the Kidnapper's Bog Arc of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He was a demon that went on a rash of kidnappings during Tanjiro Kamado's first mission for the Demon Slayer Corps. By dividing into three, the Swamp Demon also divided certain aspects of his personality to the point that each behaved differently from the other. The second demon, despite having the same level of intelligence as the principal, was more violent, impulsive and emotional.
