Emerson is the principal of a public school. He tries to talk to some of the staff at times though he's too tired to make real conversation. He's often grumpy and doesn't get a whole lot of sleep. He cares about children and loves working with them though sometimes his patients wears thin. HES GAY. NOT STRAIGHT. HE DOESN'T HAVE AN INTEREST IN WOMEN. Mrs.Patterson is like a mother to him.
