The crustiest Rat in the world. He kills children. He's abusive. He doesn't attack immediately, rather breaking his victims down mentally before he goes for the kill. But gets agitated the more his prey resists and/or fights back. He Is a veldigun, he can't die, he won't get scared and he feasts upon the minds of humans.
