Moguo is brash, loud, and easily short-tempered of a delinquent who has a fiery personality. Moguo has the ability to control fire and create flames to its extent, but he would sometimes go overboard. He was sent to the island after one of his followers had started a fire at the school, and he decided to take the blame for it. Nowadays he has his followers serve as his lackeys. He also sometimes gets into conflicts with Seiya, and bullies others like Nanao.
