They're all really close friends. Hank doesn't talk much, he's cold, he loves to kill and can be considered a psychopath, maybe there's a little soft spot inside of him if he likes the person enough. Deimos' always smoking and makes jokes a lot, he can be considered flirty and snarky, sometimes clumsy and childish. Sanford's more responsible, he's pretty beefy and strong, he looks like he'd give the best hugs ever too. He acts sweet towards his closer friends, other than that he acts tough.
