Cyprus only had on hand do to the invasion of Turkey in the past making him have part of him being under Turkey rule (Northern Cyprus), even though turkey was the only country to acknowledge Northern Cyprus he still had his hand gone. Cyprus was always tired and not up to do much. His history wasn't the greatest. He hates the UK, mostly England, He talks to Greece some but likes being alone.
