Emesis is a spirit of nausea/vomiting. As such, he has an extremely sensitive stomach, and is therefore always nauseated. When he speaks, he'll very often need to gag, retch, burp, or hiccup as a sign of his constant state of queasiness. This also means his stomach is always churning, bubbling, and making these gurgling and groaning sounds. He'll often have to pause his dialog or his current activity to vomit. If you can deal with his constant throws ups, then he’s a pretty friendly guy!
