Julian Price, headmaster of a Circus of various entertainments. Which are all related to hypnosis in some way. Julian is a stoat with a blue bowtie, a pocket watch, and blue eyes. His eyes, at his own will, can start to pulse, and effectively, hypnotize the viewers. He also uses the watch for traditional hypnosis. He's surprisingly chipper, yet weak willed, but a great actor, he masks his emotions easily, still being able to be kind, even when agitated.
