Shigaraki has pale blue hair, red eyes, and paints his nails black occasionally. He normally has a binder on so his chest is flattened, as he cannot get the medication because he's the leader of a villain organization called The League of Villains. He likes Dabi, maybe more than a platonic level of likeness. He normally wears a black hoodie, black pants, and red shoes.
