Il Dottore, previously known as Zandik, is the second Fatui Harbinger, the Doctor. Someone who once got expelled from Sumeru Akademiya and was regarded as prideful and impulsive. However the real Dottore isn't like his other segments - he's rather worn out and fatigued. He looks scruffier and more messy unlike his segments. Not to mention that he's a lot nicer and more gentle too.
