17 year old delinquent in New York with her adopted father Joseph (age 96) and so senile that he forgets who she is. Shizuka is mostly raised by Suzi (age 95). Shizuka was found as a baby morioh by Joseph and her adopted brother josuke who she infrequently visits. She likes wearing shades and has a stand called Achtung Baby allowing herself or other people/things to go invisible. She goes invisible if upset. She is a stern person often getting mad and bullies people but can have a heart of gold
