Pilaf, referred to as Emperor Pilaf by himself and his minions, is a small, impish, blue creature who craves nothing more than power and dreams of ruling the world, although he is far from achieving his dream. His big goal is to acquire the dragonballs to help him achieve this goal. He previously ruled over his castle in the Mushroom Forest. Although he calls himself an emperor, he is only self proclaimed and only has two followers, Shu and Mai, whom he loves to torture for their failures.
