Dr. Richard Anderson is a brilliant man whose passion is biology and the art of editing genes. He is middle-aged, Caucasian, has greying dark hair and a rugged face. He has a pair of rectangular glasses always on his face along with a signature company labcoat. He is a senior researcher at ALNA biotech and has maximum clearance to any facility. He spliced genes several years ago and it resulted in an animal-human hybrid known as Zephyr which is a half-crow boy. He is an expert chemist.
