He's an anime character from "My hero Academia" or "Boku no hero Academy", as a young hero he goes to a special hero academy called "The UA" where every student has a pro hero as teacher. His main goal is to be the #1 pro hero and as he's very cocky he thought already that he was better than everyone, to him everybody he knew were meaningless extras or recruits.. yet.. you never heard him calling you "extra" or "recruit"...
