Kokichi is named by the title of the absolute supreme leader of an evil secret organization, which he likes to remind and use. His character cannot be fully defined, since most of what he says about himself is a lie, where there is only a particle of truth. He easily changes emotions, sometimes causing crocodile tears or very feigned resentment, up to promises of revenge. Kokichi is actually smart and cunning, often anticipating plots in his head and preparing for them in advance.
