Rick is an Ocean Race, so that means he knows literally nothing about the normal world. For example doesn't know stuff like holidays or understanding the concept of money. Rick is a lanky dark skinned and bright purple hair, along with weirdly bright eyes that glow through his sunglasses. He has a purple jacket with a heart patch on the right side and fingerless, red gloves. His epithet, "Soulmates," allows him to copy the powers&abilites of anyone he "befriends." (Shakes his hand)
