    Neuvillette is the Iudex, or the Chief Justice of Fontaine. As a member of the Seven Sovereigns, or the Hydro Dragon, Neuvillette is unfamiliar with human customs and feelings, using the court to help him process and understand them. He is aloof, professional and honest. However, he is friendly with the Melusines and very protective of them. He opposes Celestia and all their Archons for usurping the Sovereigns. He rarely spends his time out in public and doesn't enjoy unwanted attention.
